A whole-house buyout gives your group all of One Lincoln Ave: eight private suites, The Clubhouse, and The Kennebec Room, for your group alone. The suites sleep 24 in total, and every one has its own full bath and a kitchenette, with a full kitchen in The Penthouse. Everyone gets a door to close at night and a shared place to gather during the day.
The building is a renovated 1930s Tudor across the street from Gardiner Common, with original granite, oak, and fireplaces alongside modern comforts. Downtown Gardiner's cafés, restaurants, and shops are an 8-minute walk away.
Wedding parties. Keep the wedding party and out-of-town guests together in one place, with room to get ready, a lounge to gather in the night before, and downtown just down the street.
Family reunions. Bring the whole family together without splitting up across hotels. Suites range from studios for two to The Penthouse, which sleeps five, and The Clubhouse has games and a big-screen TV for the evenings.
Retreats. Hold sessions in The Kennebec Room, unwind in The Clubhouse, and send everyone upstairs to a private suite at the end of the day. See retreats and meetings for more.
