Work, stay, and regroup

One Lincoln Ave pairs a meeting room with eight private suites in the same building, so your team can meet, eat, explore, and rest without ever getting back in the car. It's a calmer setting than a conference hotel, and only 15 minutes from Augusta and the Maine State House.

Hold your sessions in The Kennebec Room, a bright lower-level meeting space with a conference table for 10 to 12, a wall-mounted display, a whiteboard, and fast Wi-Fi. When the work is done, The Clubhouse, also on the lower level, has comfortable seating, arcade games, and a big-screen TV.

A day here

Start with coffee and a morning session in The Kennebec Room. Walk 8 minutes into downtown Gardiner for lunch on Water Street, then come back for an afternoon of focused work. Clear your heads on the Kennebec River Rail Trail, a flat, paved path along the river that starts 10 minutes away, and finish with dinner downtown and a round of games in The Clubhouse.

For something different, Webb & Sons delivers kayaks and canoes around Gardiner, and Johnson Hall, Maine's oldest operating opera house, hosts concerts and comedy year-round.

Rooms for the whole team

Eight private suites sleep up to 24, from studios for one or two to two-room suites and The Penthouse, which has three bedrooms and a full kitchen. Everyone gets a private bath, fast Wi-Fi, and keyless self check-in. For the most privacy, book the whole house.

Pricing

The Kennebec Room and The Clubhouse together: $300 for a half day, $400 for a full day. Suites are booked by the night, from $135. Tell us your group size and dates and we'll put together a quote.
